Sejal Parekh

Sejal Parekh is a Realtor® specializing in the San Francisco Bay Area.  She focuses on the Peninsula and South Bay having spent time living and working throughout both areas.  She is a highly skilled negotiator and is excellent at guiding both buyers and sellers through the complex steps of a transaction.  She is focused on serving her clients with highest level of skill and communication, going above and beyond to help them achieve their goals.

As a former Home Stager having staged over $300+ million in Bay Area homes, she also has a keen eye for property presentation. Her boutique staging company, Innovae Designs, helped home sellers earn thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars over list price and she infuses her design aesthetic in preparing her listings.

Prior to joining Compass and founding her home staging company, Sejal worked in the field of medical devices. Of note, Sejal moved over 23 times growing up and has lived all over the United States and abroad.  

Sejal actively works with home buyers, home sellers, builders, and investors carefully guiding them through the sale or purchase process.
