"Sebastiano is a highly intelligent and thoughtful person who approaches his trade in several unique ways. His ability to hone in on a clients wants and needs, budgetary concerns, and desired locations was certainly deft. He was always polite and patient with my anxiety. Also his fluency in the home buying process was always comforting. I’ll absolutely keep his information and I’ll absolutely reach out to him specifically if or when I move again. Working with Sebastiano was truly a positive experience."- Jesse C

"Sebastiano is a great person to work with when selling/buying property. We worked with Sebastiano, who represented the seller in this transaction. He was very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I wanted to also highlight Sebastiano’s experience in real estate, which allowed us (the buyers) to anticipate and prepare for all the required documents and steps. In particular, when it came to the co-op approval process, we were able to provide our (large) board package in a timely fashion, ultimately allowing us to close on time despite the holiday season. I highly recommend working with Sebastiano."

"We had the pleasure of working with Sebastiano on our recent NYC studio purchase. It was a very smooth experience and being out-of-state, we needed to rely heavily on Sebastiano in helping to source properties and get a feel for buildings, surrounding neighborhoods and other aspects that we couldn't have done as well without a true local partner. Sebastiano also guided us effectively through the purchase negotiation, contract process and Board approval. Would highly recommend Sebastiano."- Tina

"I initially got in touch with Sebastiano in the spring of 2021 to look at a house I was interested in. The house got scooped up before we had a chance to look at it, and I broke off contact after realizing that the process of buying a house takes longer than my girlfriend and I were willing to wait before we needed to move. I got in touch with him again when we were ready, in the fall of 2021. From there, we looked at about a dozen houses across two neighborhoods (Windsor Terrace and Park Slope). We were outbid on the first house we made an offer on, rescinded an accepted offer on a second house, and finally recently closed on the third house we bid on. Sebastiano was understanding, responsive, and knowledgeable through it all. He scheduled showings and other in-person events to accommodate our unusual work schedules, recommended a great lawyer, performed comps and realized that the asking price for the house we ended up buying was too high, saving us $150,000, coordinated inspection, had a contractor look at a problem uncovered during inspection, and did a final post-closing inspection to verify that everything was in working order after the previous owners moved out. Highly recommended." - Boris

He has been able to find the exact apartment my partner and I were looking for, and made the buying process run smoothly and very enjoyable. I hope we will work together again in the future and I highly recommend him as an agent!"
