About Tere
Tere Foster is one of the highest-producing residential agents in the nation based on sales volume. She has more than 25 years of experience in selling residential properties in Washington. Tere and Team Foster were named to this year’s The Wall Street Journal REAL Trends The Thousand list as one of the top-ranked agent teams in the country.

Highly regarded by her clients, as well as her peers, as having a high level of integrity, in-depth market knowledge, and an incredible work ethic, Tere created Team Foster over 20 years ago with the mission of providing incomparable client service. The Team’s commitment to clients first has led them to record sales.

Tere serves as a member of Forum XXII, an exclusive organization comprised of 22 of the top residential agents in the Seattle area, and is a member of three additional networking organizations of top agents in Seattle and on the Eastside. In keeping with Team Foster’s focus on international sales, Tere is a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and a member of the Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber of Commerce.

Tere has created and maintained long-standing relationships with many members of the community, both professionally and personally, through her involvement in charitable organizations. Tere served on the of Trustees of the Bellevue Boys and Girls Club for 25 years and is a past President of the board. Tere also served on the Board of Trustees of the Bellevue Police Foundation and is actively involved in many other community organizations. She was named a Woman of Influence the Puget Sound Business Journal in 2018.

Tere and her husband, Stanbery, a trust and estate lawyer, reside in Bellevue.
