Sean C. Roland is a realtor and developer who works with clients across the creative industries to buy and sell unique homes and inspiring commercial properties in both New York City and the Hudson Valley. Sean is the co-developer of the Pocketbook Hotel & Baths - a 70,000 square-foot historic textile mill in Hudson, New York, recast as an arts and design-forward complex for hospitality, wellness and the arts. Sean resides in New York City in Chelsea, and Upstate in Hudson.
