"Scott represented us in the sale of a home and in the purchase of a new one. He and his team were very easy to work with, highly responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. Scott is a great listener - but he also (thankfully) wasn’t afraid to insert his opinion by talking us out of a home that would have been a poor fit for our family. We felt protected, heard and informed every step of the way. We’d choose Scott again and again and again." - Tim and Alison W.

"David and I appreciate the phenomenal job you did at selling our home. Your work in establishing good clients began long before we thought of selling our home. We so like your courage in pricing and your fairness in representing us and us alone. We appreciate your integrity. Finally, you produced the client and brought the deal to conclusion rapidly. It made selecting our next home so very easy. We thank you." - David and Sharon K.
Scott earns the respect of his clients by working diligently on their behalf, supporting every step of their transaction, and always offering candid advice. He nurtures an extensive network of fellow agents, home builders, architects, and property owners throughout his two decades in the business. Scott is uniquely situated to serve clients no matter their real estate needs.
With particular expertise in Southwest Austin and the Texas Hill Country, including the much sought-after community of Spanish Oaks, Scott understands luxury real estate. Hundreds of successful transactions and a long list of happy clients speak to Scott's unique appreciation of the complexities inherent in buying and selling (and building) in Austin's dynamic western enclaves.
Before moving to Austin, Scott was the General Sales Manager of Sun Devil Sports Marketing for Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. He graduated Cum Laude from the W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Management.
Scott and his wife, Suzanne, are the proud parents of two adult sons, both of whom Scott coached in baseball, basketball, and football for many years. Once in a while, Scott still runs into people he used to coach. Some still call him "Coach Michaels," which always brings a smile to his face.
