About Scott
Scott understands that trust is never given; it is earned. He believes that telling the client what they need to hear instead of what they want to hear, although not always the easiest path; is the better path to achieving superior results. He won’t shy away from offering his opinion or suggestion as it relates to his clients interest, as exceeding expectations are always the goal. Scott is well respected for his candor, discretion, professionalism and work ethic.
In real estate, it’s easy to follow the herd and use another “me too” idea or marketing plan but great results come from those who can offer a contrarian or fresh point of view. Scott clients range from first time buyers to experienced, luxury sellers. His 15 years of experience enables him to offer his clients access to broad market knowledge, unique and fresh marketing concepts and access to the properties and clientele they desire.
Scott is a graduate of the University of Oregon and has lived in San Francisco for over 20 years. He is a longtime property owner and currently lives with his wife and twin boys in the “Avenues” near the Presidio.
