Scott was the perfect fit to sell our Denny Blaine custom built home. We needed someone who understood both our home and the type of buyer who would appreciate the architectural design, the craftsmanship and the sophisticated systems. He hosted numerous by-appointment-only showings, working around our dog and cat with grace. My wife and I really lucked out in our decision to work with Scott Lennard in our journey to find our new home. Even in the midst of an uncertain and intimidating market, he made us feel at ease and optimistic throughout the whole process. We didn't make it easy on him by eventually choosing a new build that was only half complete at the time we went under contract, but he supported us throughout the entire construction process, helping negotiate custom alterations and cash back from the seller at close. Conveniently, he was able to recommend the service providers we needed along the way, such as a designer for an interior custom build out and an inspector before the final signing. To say the least, he really does go above and beyond. We had such a smooth and successful experience purchasing our home with Scott, we hired him to list our 3 bedroom condo overlooking Lake Union once we moved into our new home. He managed all the pre-list repairs and preparation and even sparked a bidding war, fetching a higher than asking price. We truly can't recommend him enough.

Scott Lennard did an all round outstanding job for us as we sold our Leschi home of 30+ years. He directed us through the process with thorough explanations, experienced advice, consideration of our concerns and efficiency with the timeline. He negotiated a final price well above the asking price and that certainly exceeded our expectations. Beyond that, he is someone who goes the extra mile. We were out of the country at the end of the transaction and he took care of any detail that needed attention. He even came over to help us load our storage containers when we moved out! Scott helped us with the sale of our Leschi home and move to CA in so many ways. After carefully explaining the sale and moving process, he went right to work:  Managing repairs to the house, recommending packing and moving options (we'd been in the house 19 years), staging and prepping the house for market after we'd moved, he helped connect the threads and ease our stress. 

Scott's pricing was right, as our house sold in 6 days, with multiple offers. Closing was smooth too, even though we needed to coordinate escrow while travelling Europe.

In 2023/2024 Scott helped us purchase two homes. The first was a small new build on the Leschi Ridge and the second was a larger, lakeside home when we realized the first was too small, although the 360 views were killer! In both cases Scott strategically managed our offers. We got the new build below list price and negotiated a further seller credit. The second house was a bidding war, but we won by offering a multi-month rent back to the owner, as Scott realized they required extra time to move out. They loved it and so did we. Scott made the process easy, even though we were out of the country for both closing signings. He also introduced us to a fantastic property manager, handyman and cleaners. The transition has been a game changer on multiple levels. We highly recommend Scott. Don't use anyone else.
