Here, he founded S & P Properties Management and Kennedy Brokerage in the capacity of a managing partner. Under his leadership, the ventures burgeoned to manage over 120 residential units. However, with an entrepreneurial itch, he sold his shares and set his sights on the vibrant city of Miami, which he's called home for over a decade.
