"Having worked with Scott both on the sale of my home and purchase of my new home. I can’t imagine ever considering a future real estate move without seeking his expertise. Scott immediately understood the value of my home, not just its market value, but the value it held to me personally. He marketed my home with those qualities in mind and found the perfect buyers in a very competitive market." - Michael
"Scott was an invaluable resource in relocating me to a new apartment in Long Island City. His hard work on the ground and solid knowledge of the city as well as his attentions to the specifics of my budget, my lifestyle needs and the peculiarities of my living desires made him a superb asset. I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking a home in the New York City area. He is a superb agent." - Mahlon
When you work with Scott there are no surprises or guessing games, just honest talk about what can be done to meet your needs. “Often times, when people start looking for an apartment they do not know what to do. They need someone knowledgeable, detailed and understanding to step into their shoes, and help them make informed educated decisions.” Scott knows that finding the right home can be the difference between having a wonderful or challenging life in New York City, which makes him the ideal real estate partner.
Scott is originally from North Carolina and, having moved often, knows relocation! He was the "go-to" resource for homes and interiors for family and friends long before becoming a real estate professional. He lived for many years atop a converted Fifth Avenue department store before succumbing to the green trees and river views of waterfront Brooklyn. After years of enjoying Brooklyn, he moved back to the West Side where he now calls the ever-changing neighborhood of Clinton home. He specializes in Manhattan's Upper West Side, Mid-Town West, Brooklyn Heights, Dumbo and the surrounding areas which he knows extremely well as a resident and observer of life in some of New York's most vibrant and sought after neighborhoods.
When not working with clients, he enjoys gourmet-style cooking, laughing with and entertaining friends, searching flea markets for unusual finds, sports, decorating and art.
