" Sale of your home and purchase of a new home can be a challenging and stressful activity. Especially in today’s real estate market, having someone with market knowledge, insight into listing and offer strategies and most importantly great communication skills is essential in achieving your goals and dreams. We recently used Schmidt/Aprati & Co. to list our home after they were successful in finding a new home for us.
