Amanda Bryan: Amanda (Briggs) Bryan has an MBA from Columbia Business School and has been in residential real estate for 15 years: both as an agent and a sales manager at Houlihan Lawrence in New Canaan and Darien and then at Compass across Connecticut - now exclusively in full-time sales. Amanda takes the approach of a consultant, using her previous career in wealth management to help clients make informed, thoughtful decisions with a low-pressure, long-term frame of mind. A former Division I lacrosse player, Amanda understands the importance of achieving, goal-oriented teamwork and applies that mentality to all of her work with clients. Having grown up in New Canaan, lived in NYC for 10 years and then moved to Connecticut 17 years ago, Amanda not only has great depth of knowledge about several towns, but also understands the nuances of moving from the city to the suburbs.

Megan Burley: Growing up in Miami, Florida, Megan never dreamed she’d end up living in and loving suburban Connecticut. After living in New Orleans, New York and London, Megan found herself in the charming coastal Connecticut hamlet of Rowayton in 2005. Being a part of such a close-knit community made putting down roots and calling Fairfield county “home” very easy. Twelve years and four kids later, Megan made the move from Rowayton to neighboring town New Canaan, also known as “the next station to heaven” where she currently resides. Megan was introduced to architecture and design while pursuing her BA in Art History at Tulane. That, combined with her past sales experience in luxury fashion and her love of working with people, triggered an interest in the real estate industry. Megan’s love of design helps her guide listing clients with staging and marketing ideas as well as help buyer clients envision a home’s potential. When not selling real estate, Megan is happily kept busy by her sons, daughters, dogs, cats, chickens and ducks.

Spencer Thune: After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, Spencer began his career in the hospitality industry working for the renowned Ritz-Carlton before transitioning to financial sales at Bloomberg and then fintech firm AlphaSense, a combination that makes Spencer uniquely equipped to provide superior client service, expert contract negotiation, and an awareness of how different asset classes within financial markets (including crypto-currency) impact real estate clients.  Spencer has deep ties to the community across several towns, enabling him to provide insight on multiple areas. Spencer is an avid squash, lacrosse and hockey player and was recruited to the University of Pennsylvania to play squash - making Spencer no stranger to the competitive edge needed for clients in this market.  Spencer, his wife and three adorable daughters have been New Canaan residents for five years.

Nikki Glazer: A third generation real estate professional, Nikki grew up in a family of residential and commercial real estate developers. As co-owner of GrayBarns on the Silvermine River and an interior design consultant and stylist, Nikki brings a unique, 360 degree perspective to real estate clients. Having received her BA in Fine Art and Spanish at the University of Denver she has an extensive knowledge of architecture and design. Nikki grew up in Rowayton and currently calls Old Greenwich home. She is an active member in the lower Fairfield County community, often supporting fundraisers, and hosting new community openings. She spent 4 years in San Francisco during the second tech boom working for Google and in advertising leveraging her natural marketing skills. Nikki's combined marketing and interior design skills are paramount in guiding sellers, while her ingrained developer's mind brings opportunity from both an aesthetic and financial perspective to the table for buyers.

Brock Saxe: Brock is one of the most knowledgeable and trusted New Canaan commercial real estate professionals. He has worked with tenants, landlords, attorneys, the Chamber of Commerce, and the town’s Planning and Zoning Commission in the pursuit of maximizing occupancy in New Canaan’s Business District. In addition to assisting landlords and tenants with office and retail leasing, Brock has represented buyers who have purchased New Canaan commercial condominiums, offices, retail spaces, medical properties, and land for development. Brock is active in the local community as a member of both the New Canaan Chamber of Commerce and New Canaan’s Tourism and Economic Development Advisory Committee. He is also a Board Member of the Waveny Park Conservancy and the New Canaan Winter Club, as well as a member of the Urban Land Institute. He was previously involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut. Brock received his Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. He lives in New Canaan with his wife Christine, who is a top-producing residential agent, as well as his daughter Georgia and son Patrick.
