Sasha Nicolle

Growing up, everyone around Sasha knew that she was determined to live in Miami her whole life. Passionate about the city she was born and raised in, she loved the way that anyone could find an area in Miami that made them feel at home- whether they like being in the middle of the action, or if quiet areas were more to their taste. She herself lived in Coconut Grove for 26 years before exploring different areas in Miami but states “there’s definitely no place like home,” and inevitably found herself returning to “The Grove,” which appealed to her with its active and adventurous lifestyle. 

Even out of high school, Sasha knew that she loved working with and helping others, so she set her sights on pursuing a career in Mental Health, initially completing a Bachelor's in psychology at Florida International University, and later obtaining a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from The University of Miami. Her passion for helping others pursue their happiness has been just as invaluable in her career working with clients in Mental Health for 10 years as it has been in her experience in real estate. Counseling has provided Sasha with a strong framework of compassion and understanding, and she brings these same qualities with her in any work she does. 

Growing up, Sasha’s family was and continues to be involved in real estate. Since she was a small child, she grew up watching her parents transform properties that needed a lot of “TLC” into beautiful homes. Seeing these amazing transformations and being exposed to the process of buying and selling homes laid the groundwork for Sasha’s interest in eventually developing her own career in real estate. She brings her desire to work in the best interest of others and unshakable determination to always work in a fair, ethical, and honest manner with her into the field of real estate.
