Sarah Svoboda

Sarah was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and earned her BA in Psychology from Columbia College. She moved to the Emerald Coast in 2005 and has proudly called this community home for more than 20 years.

Her career began with the Walton Sun in Advertising Sales, where she built lasting relationships and strong community connections that continue to shape her work today. Sarah later stepped into the world of staging, where she developed a keen eye for design and learned how thoughtful presentation can make a powerful impact in real estate.

From there, she transitioned into real estate alongside Kendall Hood, the principal of the Kendall Hood Collection, and found her true passion in helping buyers and sellers through one of life’s most important milestones. Over the past five years, Sarah has served more than 50 families, guiding clients through the process of buying and selling their homes as well as assisting investors in finding strong opportunities along 30A.

Beyond her professional work, Sarah has dedicated the past six years to serving her community as both a volunteer and board member for organizations including the Children’s Health Network, Van R. Butler PTO, Emerald Coast Middle School PTO, and South Walton High School PTO, as well as the South Walton Youth Football and Cheer Association. She is also a proud member of the Sassy Sisters at the Santa Rosa Beach Club, a group that promotes philanthropic and cultural events. As a mom of two, one a football player and the other a cheerleader, Sarah is actively involved in supporting local youth and families.

Her love for the beach, her passion for this community, and her faith are at the heart of everything she does. With a servant’s heart and a strong dedication to her clients, Sarah believes her role goes far beyond real estate. Her clients often become lasting friends who feel like family.
