Sarah Starry

Sarah Starry has spent the last decade developing a career in real estate with a primary focus on specialty retail in the commercial sector. Today, whether analyzing market data, negotiating on a client’s behalf, preparing marketing materials, or envisioning spaces, the same skills she honed in commercial real estate are at the core of every interaction while assisting her clients in the purchase and/or sale of their home.

She began her commercial real estate career at Streetwise Retail Advisors where she represented high profile national and local tenants and landlords. Following her time at Streetwise, she was the Director of Leasing for Radom Capital where she led project leasing efforts for over 650,000 square feet of award-winning, mixed-use urban developments in Houston including Montrose Collective, M-K-T, 3201 Allen, Heights Clock Tower and more. She was then a Vice President at CBRE and a member of CBRE’s Restaurant Practice specializing in Emerging Brands. Here Sarah began working on a top-ranked master broker team that branched off and formed ORIGIN Realty Advisors and executed deals across the country for Sixty Vines, Whiskey Cake, Velvet Taco, Barcelona Wine Bar, and several other restaurant/entertainment groups in the team's roster. Sarah provides a high level of expertise and service to each assignment and is eager to overcome challenges and find the best outcome for her clients.

A resident of Houston since graduating from Texas A&M University, Sarah enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, playing golf, participating in HLSR's Rodeo Committee and is the founder and designer of the recognized “bed. no breakfast”, Starry’s Studio, in her hometown of Fredericksburg, Texas. She currently lives in Memorial with her husband, three-year-old son, and elderly Pekingese rescue pup, and is excited to welcome a daughter into the mix.
