Sarah is a dedicated real estate advisor on the Pargh Team with a deep connection to the vibrant Greater Nashville area. Originally from Kentucky, Sarah returned to Nashville five years ago after a thriving career as an art gallerist in Los Angeles. Prior to that, Sarah graduated from the University of Miami and worked as an event planner. Her diverse background and experience have honed her keen eye for design and understanding of various lifestyles, making her an invaluable asset in the local real estate landscape. 

Sarah’s dedication to helping clients find their perfect home, ideal investment, or exciting renovation project reflects her passion for the real estate business. Specializing in luxury properties, farms and land in the Nashville, Franklin and surrounding areas, she has established herself as a trusted advisor with a keen eye for development and design. Sarah is part of the exclusive Compass Equestrian Division, dedicated to serving the unique needs of equestrian property owners and enthusiasts. Her approach to client relationships is dearly personal, often resulting in long-lasting friendships.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Sarah is an avid equestrian in multiple disciplines (most recently, polo!), a passionate traveler, and a long-time art collector.
