About Sarah
Sarah's passion for real estate began 18 years ago. She became a REALTOR at the age of 18 and worked through the recession in some of the worst-hit markets including Southern California and Las Vegas, Nevada. Her training began with negotiating short sales, foreclosures, and releasing assets from bankruptcy for resale.
She was introduced to commercial real estate when she opened a restaurant in Hollywood, CA, requiring her to navigate the zoning and planning processes of Los Angeles. The difficult and costly experience inspired her to go to law school.
In 2011, Sarah moved to Dallas and began studying at Southern Methodist University School of Law, taking every real estate and business class she could, with the goal of refining her negotiation skills and understanding the principles of real estate. Sarah graduated in 2014 and has been working in the real estate industry in Dallas ever since. She worked as an associate at a commercial real estate law firm, negotiating purchase contracts and doing title and survey review for improved and raw land.
Today Sarah still practices law, advising real estate investors on business formations, 1031 exchanges, and assisting with landlord and tenant disputes. However, there is nothing Sarah loves more than finding buyers their dream homes. She treats her clients with the utmost respect and truly cares about their wants, needs, and futures. She prides herself on her ability to find homes that not only fit her client’s criteria, but that are smart investments, only selling properties that she herself would purchase.
Sarah lives in Frisco with her husband and three young children. She loves interior design and learning about history through architecture.
