Sarah Caspersen

A true hometown agent, Sarah Caspersen was born in Southwest Florida. Other than a short stint in the Philadelphia area, she has lived and worked locally her entire career. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Arts at Florida Gulf Coast University. Her expertise in graphics and video production gives her customers an added advantage and cutting edge when listing their homes in a competitive market.

Sarah’s philosophy is simple: Give the customers the best real estate experience. Sarah chose a career in real estate after purchasing a home of her own. She understands the stress that comes from moving and strives to remove the pressure from her customers by offering experienced advice, suggestions, and access to expertise in a timely manner. She places a high emphasis on communication and works with customers when they need her—after regular business hours, on weekends, and on holidays - real estate doesn’t stop!

Sarah’s creative approach and dedication to high ethical standards set her apart from many in the field. With a strong interest in contract negotiation, her customers always secure the best outcome for each sale or purchase. 

Sarah can often be found kayaking the Great Calusa Blueway or biking local trails. She has volunteered her time with Habitat for Humanity, Community Cooperative, and the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy. Her rescue cat, Sonny, supervises daily household activities.
