A resident of historic Sylvan Park since 2014, Sarah, her husband Jim and their young son are passionate about what makes Nashville unique and the neighborhoods and communities that enrich our great southern city.
As a third-generation real estate professional, Sarah received an early education in investment properties and set her sights on building a portfolio of real estate investments after purchasing her first property in 2006. With a personal portfolio spanning many different asset classes from luxury short-term rentals to mobile home parks, educating and encouraging investors on building and scaling their businesses is a purpose driven passion. Whether for first time homebuyers, those relocating to Nashville from out-of-state, or investors performing 1031 tax exchanges, Sarah’s expertise in deal-making and market knowledge is what leaves client’s saying she’s “The best Realtor in Nashville.”

Sarah moved to Franklin, Tennessee at the age of twelve and attended Franklin Classical School. She is a North Carolina native and grew up calling both Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Franklin, TN home. She is a published songwriter, author, and avid equestrian. The American West, the deep south, George Strait, animal rescue, and good food are always welcome conversation topics.
