An Arlington, Texas native, Sarah Bailey knows what she sells.

As the team’s longtime Director of Operations, Sarah is also a licensed Realtor, going the extra mile for her clients every step of the way.

She applies that same tenacity in her personal life. Mama of one (unless you count her two pups, too!), she enjoys golfing with her husband, hiking, shopping, attending her son’s sporting events, and anything outdoors.
