Santiago Carrasco is a real estate professional who brings more than 13 years of specialized knowledge in commercial and residential development to his role as a client advocate. Based in Coronado, Santiago serves buyers, sellers and investors throughout San Diego, from Chula Vista to Rancho Santa Fe. Born in El Paso, Texas, Santiago relocated to Chihuahua, Mexico where he lived for 35 years. In Mexico, Santiago led the development and construction of single-family homes, apartment communities and commercial buildings. Known for working diligently and quickly to achieve his clients’ real estate goals, Santiago devotes himself completely to handling the nuances of every transaction. A strong negotiator, Santiago ensures that his clients’ needs and expectations are exceeded. In his free time, Santiago enjoys being with his wife and two children, honing his golfing skills and playing paddle ball with friends and colleagues.
