About Sandy
Sandy moved to San Jose from Roxbury Township, New Jersey in 1986. She attended San Jose State with a major in Social Science, and played for the Spartan Field Hockey Team.

Sandy will always remember how stressful and overwhelming the purchase process was for her back in 1997 when she purchased her home. Using an amazing Realtor, who walked her through the process, with guidance and support throughout the entire transaction, it gave her the inspiration to enter into a career in Real Estate.

Silicon Valley has transformed into a high-tech mecca and is one of the most desirable places to live and work in the world. The Bay Area is the forefront of innovation and technology, Sandy has embraced many of these tools in her Real Estate Business. She also understands that nothing takes the place of relationships, networking, and hard work. The most important aspects, that she brings to her Real Estate business are honesty, integrity, and willingness to go the extra mile.

Buying and Selling Real Estate in the Bay Area is one on the most important decisions that you will ever make. Sandy’s goal is to take the pressure off, by education, communication and knowing what to expect through every step of the transaction. She is humbled by the trust that is placed in her, and does not take that responsibility lightly.

"When I decided to buy a house, I visited multiple agents. I was looking for someone who can help me get my dream home. The first agent mentioned that she only works with a client who is looking to buy a home worth more than a million dollars. "Her assistants" would help me instead of her. The second agent was way off in his estimates and did not know the market situation which resulted in a losing bid. Sandy and Joe were referred to me by my financial advisor. The first meeting with them was very helpful in understanding the process. It is the best thing to have a clear understanding of the process while taking the biggest decision of your life. Sandy and Joe explained each field and the consequences attached to them in a real estate contract. The human factor makes a huge difference in this process. They both are always available to help with any questions you have on the property you are interested in. Their competitive analysis for the homes were spot on each time. Sandy was ready to come to the house showing any time we requested her presence. After you put in the bid, it is obvious to have anxiety and second thoughts. Sandy made sure to provide timely updates on the process and follow up with seller's agents were really helpful for us. After the bid gets selected, the real process starts. Disclosure statements are cryptic documents, you need to decode each word to understand the real house condition and work needed to be done to make it livable. Sandy and Joe were not only helpful but also made sure to point out things that needed to be done before we move in. The best thing about them is that they have contacts for each work that needs attention in your future home. They made my house hunting their problem and got me the exact place I call every day my home sweet home." -Ravi

"Selling a home is all about Trust and Talent. Sandy worked perfectly in organizing and representing our home for sale. All of our questions were answered (even on weekends when she was away from home), appointments were punctual and the results exceeded expectations. Genuinely pleasant and thoughtful, we could not have hoped for a better experience in this challenging situation. Every detail was covered and the entire transaction was very smooth. Thanks Sandy!!" - Brad

"Sandy was our agent as we looked for a house in the Bay Area for over a year. She's incredibly responsive and guided us through the process end-to-end (what closing looks like, what to look out for, the pros/cons of various areas etc.). Despite the long time it took us to find a house, Sandy was always on our side, never pushed us in to the wrong decision just to make a sale, and advised us without pushing us. In the land of $1.5M studios, Sandy is a refreshing partner in crime who helped us find our home, without pushing us into bad decisions. We'd highly recommend Sandy to anyone looking to buy the house THEY want vs. getting pushed to buy whatever you can afford." - Sarah

"Sandy Sicsko has been nothing less than a refreshing take on what I consider as a great realtor. I didn’t know what to expect before I met her, but that nervous uncertainty quickly went away when I met her. Sandy had a detailed and customized plan that fitted both my work schedule and price range. Every day she would email, text or call me about a new opportunity, or update me on a selection I had already made. Moreover, her follow-through was very impressive; ranging from communicating with me in a timely manner, arranging everything I asked for at the drop of a hat, being on time, prepared and professional. I’m brand new to the real estate market. However, Sandy made me feel right at home, my home, and I’m certain she can do that for you too!" - Jarad

"Selling a home has always been a highly emotional process for me. Selling my parents home after they both passed away was something I was dreading. Sandy was recommended by several close friends of mine. She stepped up immediately and helped prepare the home for sale. I live over 2 hours from the property and whenever there was something that needed to be done to the home, Sandy was there. She saved me time, stress, and emotions. She was at every inspection and appointnment. She communicated with me daily and was always available to discuss my concerns. What I thought would be the hardest home for me to sell turned out to be the easiest." - Andrea
