Sandra Reese recently helped me with the sale of a property in Del Mar. It was potentially a very difficult transaction as I do not live in the area. My husband and I first met Sandra in 2001 while visiting an open house. We immediately liked her style; she also gave us the most professional advices over the years. Sandra gave us tremendous help buying our first home in San Diego. It was not an easy time to find a good property then due to the low inventory but with her help we beat all other buyers and bought our dream house! When we recently had to sell our house and move away from San Diego, Sandra again helped us selling our house with top price; it was the 4th house she sold that broke the neighborhood price records that season along! What we like Sandra the most is that she is very accountable. She answers and replies to every phone call, voice mail, and e-mail. She tirelessly explains every single clause on each contract so you will always know what you are signing. She is always there when you need her. Where do I start? Approximately two years ago, I shared a flight out of San Francisco to San Diego with Sanda - she sat in the seat next to mine. She was very personable/relaxed and it wasn't until midway through the flight hat I asked her about the kind of work she did in San Diego. I asked her for her card, never thinking that I would sell my house in Chula Vista. The decision I made to sell my home came about mid March this year and I called Sandra, who worked in the North County office of Coldwell Banker. Without hesitation she said she would represent me. So, April 15th I signed papers. She gave more than her 200%. There was much anxiety on my part as offers and counter offers were made. She represented me in every aspect from looking at it from her legal background to negotiation, always reassuring me in her calm manner. My home was 70 years old with a later add-on unit, not in the Mediterian architectural design as the original house plan. The neighborhood was pleasing, "safe", close to shopping, schools etc., but on a major street to the I-5 (much traffic especially day hours). We were working against strict VA time limits. The funds were guaranteed only til July 3rd - it recorded June 30th! I truely believe that no one but Sandra could have sold the house in the timely manner in which it recorded.

Thank you for representing me in the sale of my home in La Jolla, California. It was a pleasure working with you. I appreciated your prompt, courteous, and individual attention. You did an excellent job in marketing and advertising the home. I appreciated the advertisements, color postcards and brochures that you created and distributed, and the open houses you held. I appreciated the opportunity to have input into the content of the brochure materials, and the time you took to answer my questions as a first-time seller on complex details relating to the transaction and the offers we received. I also appreciated the oversight you provided to several details that I, living out-of-town, could not physically handle. While my home was a lovely, end-unit, townhouse property, we had some challenges to deal with. First, at my request, we did not put a lock box on the house, because my belongings remained in the house for a period following my move to the east coast. Second, the market in La Jolla was cooling or stabilizing to some extent during our sale season. Nevertheless, we received a good sale price on my home, in fact a record-breaking price for my unit within the development to-date.
