It was a difficult sale not only because the market was down, but because of multiple owners and the fact that it was a short sale. At the time, short sales were fairly uncommon. Sandi was instrumental in selling the house. She worked with prospective buyers and worked with the bank involved every step of the way to help to accomplish the short sale.
