“Earlier this fall, my wife and I unexpectedly decided to follow my daughter’s family (with our three grandchildren) from Tucson to San Diego. Our goal was to reside in San Diego by December…we thought this was a very aggressive goal. Based on good online reviews, I called Kimberly Schmidt and Associates. Kimberly answered my call and after about a 15 minute conversation, she advised that she was going to hook me up with Steve Beaupre. Steve followed up with me promptly, and as they say, the rest is history! My wife and I had visited downtown San Diego a number of times over the years, but were not familiar at all with the surrounding area. Steve worked quickly to set us up on an online software which listed properties around San Diego that met our criteria. Around two weeks after I first talked to Steve, we visited San Diego for five days of house hunting.
