Leading with education in his approach he is well suited for empowering people to build wealth through real estate and walk his client’s through the buying, selling, and investing process with communication and expertise.

Richard's entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 19 when he founded and operated an ambulance company focused on providing transportation solutions for seniors. His early endeavor has given him a passion for advocating for older adults in real estate and reflects his innovative approach to addressing the unique needs of the aging population. Committed to fostering meaningful connections between community members and older adults, Richard has organized and hosted numerous volunteer events and activities, particularly aimed at engaging with residents in assisted living communities across the county and serves on the Advisory Council to Aging and Independent Services in San Diego. This hands-on involvement underscores his genuine dedication to improving the lives of his clients beyond the scope of real estate.
