Sami Worth is a people person. She has the drive and knowledge of what it takes to buy and sell real estate efficiently and in the best interest of her clients.

Sami immediately established strong roots in the business through her network and connections to diverse individuals.  Born and raised on the North Shore and now raising her family in Deerfield, Sami possesses a deep understanding of the diverse neighborhoods in both the city and suburbs. Having lived and worked in various neighborhoods of Chicago for over a decade, she has developed a keen sense of what makes each unique environment tick.

Her deep understanding of the construction side of the industry makes her an incredible asset and partner when buying land or building a new construction product.  She has quickly established a reputation in the business for being interconnected with a number of tradesmen and developers on the North Shore.  Sami was an integral part in the ground breaking development at the Glencoe Estates, a luxury subdivision of 29 multi million dollar new construction homes.  The land sales are over 93% sold out in under 5 months.

Sami knows what it takes to get a listing sold in its best possible light.  She has you covered from video to photo, staging to marketing and getting you the strongest offer on your property.

Sami's prior career and background in elementary education has instilled in her a deep appreciation for understanding individual needs and meeting clients where they are. She is passionate about guiding clients through every step of the real estate process, leveraging her extensive network and experience in the industry to ensure that every real estate transaction is handled with the utmost care and respect. Recognizing that buying a house is one of the biggest decisions and purchases in a person's lifetime, she strives to be a calming force in an overwhelming and ever-changing market.

Sami serves as a founding member of the  Women of Compass Board of Directors as philanthropy chair. She is also a founding member of the Older Adults Division within Compass, focusing on the specific needs of this group of clientele. She is excited to share her love of the North Shore with future clients. In her free time, you can find her wandering the many local farmer's markets, volunteering at her kid’s local schools, exploring new coffee shops, and discovering new restaurant gems, showcasing her acute attunement to the pulse of each neighborhood, from downtown offerings to the school systems.
