Samantha Moran

A native to the Chicagoland area, Samantha Moran graduated from Loyola University Chicago with an emphasis in fine arts, while simultaneously climbing the corporate ladder at an in-house law firm. Managing a full-time career while also excelling as a full-time student taught her the organizational skills that are essential to handling the many moving pieces of each real estate transaction – taking the stress off of you!

Samantha is able to view the home buying process with both an analytical and creative mindset, enabling her to give the buyer a well-rounded experience. As a child she attended the local flea markets and craft markets with her grandparents, where her love of meeting new people expanded, and also where she began to hone her expert negotiation skills with the guidance of her grandfather. Today, she continues to bring those same passions to her real estate career. She is never one to shy away from a difficult negotiation or challenging transaction – you want Samantha on your team.

Samantha resides in Naperville with her husband and three children. She enjoys spending time exploring all that Downtown Naperville has to offer with her family. She is hoping to pick up running again and to complete her fourth Chicago marathon!
