The initial search was fit to my schedule, and at each property (10 different showings), Ryan explained the property details relevant to what I am looking for, ultimately leading me to opt for a co-op in a great area of Morristown. Samantha's expertise with organizing documentation and explaining the purpose of each document allowed me to understand the purpose of each step towards closing.
