Sam Spears

The increasingly fast-paced and competitive real estate marketplace in Greater Boston can be challenging to navigate, particularly for those unfamiliar with the unique neighborhoods of the city and the character of the outlying suburban towns. Sam recognizes this and focuses on being attentive, responsive, extremely vigilant, and, perhaps most importantly, knowledgeable and well-informed about the market. He is committed to providing a level of customer service that exceeds expectations. Knowing that every client has his or her own very set of specific criteria - budget, timeframe, location preferences, etc. - he takes the time to understand those needs and is available to guide and advise through every step of the process.

A graduate of UMass Amherst, Isenberg School of Management, Sam has a background in sales and marketing and a flair for business/finance, and he puts those tools to good use for his clients.

A native of Franklin, MA, Sam resides in South Boston. In his free time, he enjoys running and working out; in the summer, he spends as much time as he can on the Cape, where his family has a home.
