House hunting with Sam is like going to the mall with your bestie. He has great taste, makes things fun, and, just like a good friend, he’s always honest with you even if it’s not what you want to hear. Sam brings a keen eye for design along with expert advice and deeply analytical and creative problem-solving to his work. He is also a genuinely empathetic partner to help guide clients to achieve their goals.
Originally from Bangkok, where his family develops and operates resort hotels, Sam learned real estate and property development from an early age and remains actively involved in extraordinary real estate projects here in the US and Thailand. Sam earned his master’s degree in management from the London School of Economics, and his PhD in technology and education from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) Thailand. Sam enjoyed a thriving career in high tech as a market development executive for 10+ years before launching full-time into residential real estate.
Having moved internationally multiple times himself, while juggling career and family along the way, Sam understands the challenges of relocating to a new city and loves helping clients find their place in Austin. Sam is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Realtors, and the Austin Board of Realtors. Sam is an adventurous cook, burgeoning interior designer and world traveler. In spite of his tropical roots, he is also an enthusiastic, if late-blooming, skier.
