About Sam
Sam has been in real estate for over 20 years, and he specializes in fiduciary transactions and relocation to or from the Eastside and Seattle. Sam began his career buying and selling real estate for estates, trusts, and guardianships. He played the role of the buyer or seller on hundreds of home purchases and sales. He has applied this perspective to focus on the needs of his clients becoming a more knowledgeable and compassionate broker.
