"If you are searching for your dream home in the most challenging market of all time, then we would certainly recommend Sam. We have been searching for a house for close to 2 years and had met SAM accidently at one of the open houses. Sam was more than happy and very excited to help us. From that point within 3 months we could close our house.
Throughout the process Sam had helped us in many ways. He is extremely professional and can go above and beyond to help his clients. He made sure he was available to respond queries and showings pretty much as any time. His text reply would come within few seconds almost always. He took personal interest in showing the houses and was able to give objective commentary on each house. He never pushed or influenced us to make quick decision.
