"Their onboarding process was intense, and thorough. We did it over zoom, because of the whole pandemic, but they were enthusiastic, and really took a lot of notes in a way that our previous broker completely failed to do.
Our closing process turned into a bit of a psychotic nightmare due to the sellers not disclosing a title lien(probate sale), AND the city permit office being basically closed, but Sabrina and Charles went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was going on, getting the sellers to where they needed to be to get things done, and making sure that we were protected.
Within a week, we were already in a closing process, and for the next 5 weeks while things unfolded, Sabrina's recommendations for vendors and processes were stellar.
Her organizational skills and communications are top notch.
