"Ryan helped guide me through the home purchasing process. This was my first time buying a property and we settled on a 4-unit investment property with the intent to live in one of the units. Ryan worked diligently with me to create excel sheets and develop algorithms to qualify homes prior to presenting them. This helped to save me time and avoid the stress of viewing an overwhelming number of properties. In working with Ryan, we were able to find one of the very rare cash flowing investment properties that others were overlooking and move quickly to capitalize on the opportunity. While Ryan is newer to the industry his ability to pull resources from his experienced partners proved to be a major asset. He skillfully navigated negotiations to save on total cost as well as out-of-pocket expenses. His communication, adaptability, and intelligence made it a pleasure to work with him and secured me a great deal. I’m looking forward to working with Ryan in the future for any buying or selling needs. " - Andrew Wysopal
