Ryan Lezzer

Ryan was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania and moved to Florida in 2021. Ryan attended Western Michigan University on a football scholarship, where he was an Academic All-Conference team selection. Ryan was able to balance the rigorous workload of being a full-time student and playing division 1 football. He graduated from one of the top 20 Sales programs in the nation with honors in his major of Sales & Business Marketing. Through these experiences, Ryan brings a strong work ethic, excellent time management, and people skills to his clients. He is a goal-oriented and results-focused individual who knows what it takes to achieve success. Clients can always rely on him for effective and timely communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, and complete transparency during every step of the process.

Ryan grew up in a real estate family, having his father and brother in the industry, which sparked his interest in real estate from a young age. Ryan has extended family residing in South Florida and has made countless visits to the area. It has always been a dream of his to make Florida his home. After graduating from Western Michigan University, Ryan moved to South Florida to pursue a career in real estate. He is now proud to be part of the award-winning Chad Carroll Group. The Chad Carroll Group has closed over $3 Billion in sales since 2011 and has been recognized as being one of the top 50 teams in the nation.

When not working, Ryan is passionate about being a lifelong learner who enjoys reading and learning about a range of topics from personal development, health, investing, and fitness. In addition, he enjoys the beautiful weather South Florida has to offer and loves to spend his time at the beach with his dog Bentley.
