Ryan Bass

I am originally from Vinalhaven, a small island off the coast of Maine, and I made my way to Colorado College in the ’90s, falling in love with Colorado and all it has to offer. I now live with my husband, Sam, daughter Mekdes, and dogs Frankie and Sadie in North Boulder and feel so lucky to call Boulder my home. When I'm not working you can find me hiking, running, skiing, enjoying live music with my family and friends, and enjoying all the Boulder area has to offer.

After raising my children here I am intimately familiar with the many neighborhoods in Boulder and our surrounding towns. I love working with clients to find the area and neighborhoods that are right for them. This is a unique market and I use my deep local knowledge to help people secure their dream homes.

My prior 15-year career in non-profit education, development, and client care translates directly into my profession as a Realtor. I love working with my clients in this exciting and unique market, always putting them first and helping them achieve their real estate goals. I balance my warm personal approach with being a dedicated professional, with an unwavering sense of loyalty and strong negotiation skills. I will always go to bat for my clients.
