Ryan Axelrod

Ryan Axelrod continues a proud family tradition as a third-generation real estate professional in West Los Angeles. His grandfather, Randy Forbes Sr., managed the original Jon Douglas brokerage for over two decades and has been deeply involved in the local real estate market for nearly 50 years. Following in his footsteps, Ryan’s uncle, Randy Forbes Jr., and his mother, Diane Forbes Halliburton, formed the respected Forbes Halliburton team.

Ryan now builds upon this legacy, offering his clients personable service, extensive market knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail. Born and raised on the Westside and a sixth-generation Angeleno, Ryan gained his expertise through hands-on mentorship from his family. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Pepperdine University, providing a strong foundation in real estate and property development principles.
