What does it cost to sell your home in San Francisco
5 ways to maximize the value of your home without breaking the bank
Real estate is about making sure my clients win, delivering an extraordinary level of service, and doing the right thing.
Since 2009, people have been leveraging my real estate and design expertise to command high prices and identify hidden opportunities. I ask smart questions, analyze the hard facts, and make straightforward recommendations tailored to your situation. Then, I deploy the best marketers, creatives, tradespeople, and tech in service of your goals.
My client list is small, which means you’ll have my full attention. But my team is not, which means we handle the 100s of details in your transaction while you handle your life. And, our long-standing relationships with SF’s top agents give you access to the 25% of deals done off-market. You can leave the stress of buying and selling to us — we won’t rest until you are delighted.
SuccessI’m proud to rank #2 out of over 5K San Francisco agents in 2023 per MLS and the #2 ranked buyer agent in 2023 per MLS. My sellers earn an average of 8% above listing price, and 86% of my buyers get into contract on the first or second offer. In 2023, I had $142 million in sales, adding up to over $1 billion in career sales.
My diverse investment portfolio includes residential real estate and commercial syndications. I’ve shared my knowledge on national stages in front of passionate agents, in tech company conference rooms, and with top-rated financial planners.
One of my favorite success metrics, however, is how much I’m able to give back. Since my first sale, I’ve been donating 5% of my income to nonprofits. If any are close to your heart, I’d love to hear about them. I’m always looking for new ways to be involved.
Growing up in the Midwest, my eight siblings and I didn’t have much. That gave me grit, taught me how to work hard, and gave me the ability to problem-solve from multiple perspectives.
When I moved to San Francisco in 2002, I knew I was home. Before real estate, I’d had a sales career, held leadership positions, and ran my own interior design firm. I constantly seek improvement, and I love a challenge. I believe life is about growth, and coaching is one of the biggest investments I make in myself and my business.
When I’m not working, getting after a personal goal, or masterminding with other entrepreneurs, you might find me biking on the Great Highway, hiking at Land’s End, or dining at Robin, Al’s Place, or Rooh. My husband, two sons, and I love to travel — we’ve been around the world, and we regularly head to Tahoe to enjoy the outdoors.
