Ruth & Perry have been Bay area residents since 1987. We have over 40 years of combined Real Estate Sales and Marketing experience between us.

We have influenced and sold over $700M in Sales. Ruth and Perry focus on both Single-Family Homes, Townhomes, Land, Income properties, Fixer uppers and Property Management.

Between the two of us, we have 2 Graduate degrees and have consistently ranked a Top producing Team in Silicon Valley/Monterey Bay. Ruth has a Broker Associate License. Ruth & Perry are both Senior Real Estate Specialists.
