Roxy graduated in Journalism from the University of Kansas and began her career in Kansas City as a Radio Broadcast Sales Executive in the early 1980’s. In 2015, she became an Integrated Marketing Specialist at the Kansas City Business Journal, focused on the Commercial Real Estate Industry. She was awarded the American Cities Chairman’s Eagle award, the company’s highest recognition from the American Cities Business Journals. In 2018, she made the full-time commitment to her lifelong interest in residential Real Estate and has never looked back.
Roxy has enjoyed year over year multimillion dollar growth, and has been a member of the Executive Circle and the President’s Circle in 2020 and 2021, based on annual revenue more than $4M. She is dedicated to achieving the best possible experience for her clients, which has quickly led to a robust referral business, many of whom have been multiple members of the same family. She enjoys every aspect of the Real Estate transaction, starting with helping homeowners navigate the ups and downs inherent in selling their homes.
As a lifelong Kansas City native, she is extremely resourceful in bringing together expert guidance and experienced vendors to simplify the moving experience and keep out of pocket expenses to a minimum. She is intensely client focused and manages the contract and sales process with ease and grace, ultimately matching buyers and sellers for the very best outcomes and meeting their unique needs.
Partnering with technological expertise and state of the art marketing tools has been key to her client service. She has been very successful securing homes for buyers with up to the minute knowledge of market conditions, and an intuitive ability to navigate the complexities of todays competitive market.
Roxy has been married 30 years to Brian Beach, ‘the tree man’, and is a partner in his business, JCB Tree Service. She loves big family get togethers, being with her grand kids, cooking, entertaining, and traveling. She is very grateful for her lifelong clients and friends, and she has not missed a Kansas City Chiefs game in at least 5 years.
