About Rowan
Rowan’s primary goal is to provide personally-tailored service and value to each of his real estate clients, always with the utmost integrity and follow-through. His motivation, and mission, lies in sharing lasting relationships with those he’s helped to achieve their real estate goals. Rowan takes great pride in his role as an agent and is grateful for the opportunity to be part of his clients’ journey.
Rowan’s interest in real estate was inspired by his early introduction to architecture and real estate development by his family, who founded a Brooklyn-based architecture firm in 2007. He was passionate to further explore the industry during his years as an undergraduate, first working as an assistant project executive for a large scale, NYC based general contracting firm. He went on to join a top-producing sales team in real estate, gaining extensive insight into the luxury real estate market, while assisting with management of a broad portfolio of homes across Queens and Brooklyn.
Rowan specializes in helping clients buy, sell, rent, and achieve their real estate goals. He strives to bring simplicity to the complex, tedious process, and is committed to round-the-clock communication which he knows is the best way to ensure a smooth transaction.
Prior to real estate, Rowan was an integral part of his stepfather’s start-up business, Milk Thistle Dairy Farm in the Hudson Valley. There he helped run daily operations and focused heavily on sales, honing his exceptional work ethic. Raised in Upstate New York and New York City, Rowan has an innate appreciation for both lifestyles. This consciousness is an asset in assisting his clients to see the value in the unique vibes of our various neighborhoods.
Sharing his extensive knowledge with his clients and exploring the hidden architectural gems of New York City are some of Rowan’s deepest passions. Outside of that, he enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes at his home on the Upper West Side, spending time at the park with his wife and their dogs, Alfie and Bono, and training for the family’s annual cycling trip.
