"Rotem has restored my faith in real estate brokers. She is honest, very hard-working, very smart, and resourceful. She is also very knowledgeable and well connected to the strongest players on every part of the deal. Rotem showed me a range of buildings tailored specifically to what I requested she finds. Once I decided which buildings I was interested in, because of the lack of inventory, Rotem personally called every owner in the buildings to see if they would consider selling. Once we found one to buy, Rotem recommended who I think is the best mortgage broker in the city, equally honest, conscientious, competent, and pro- where I got an incredible rate because of my high credit score direct payments. As a sellers broker, Rotem recommended a price that me to set the price point for all of the other similar apartments for sale in my at a premium to similar neighboring buildings. She then found me a very qualified buyer in one week. When concerns came up, Rotem used her creative talent yet again to suggest solutions that might satisfy the buyer to move forward with the deal. When the deal slowed down because of delays with the management company, the buyer's lawyer, the buyer's mortgage broker, Rotem used her talent to overcome these obstacles correct bottlenecks as soon as they were identified, on both the buy sell-side, which me to coordinate the deals close on the same day. She even arranged to have my buyer allow me to occupy my apt. after the closing, while I had my resurfaced my new apt. Throughout the entire process, I felt like Rotem had my best interest at heart, both in getting the most for my sale getting the lowest price for my purchase, even at the expense of lowering her own. I consider her a close friend now, am grateful for the experience with her the connections that she has me to make with her highly professional talented contacts in every part of both deals."

With over 19 years of experience, Rotem Lindenberg has built a stellar career in real estate by treating every transaction with the same care and dedication as if it were her own. Born into a family of builders, Rotem’s upbringing was shaped by her father and brother, both accomplished developers, sparking her lifelong passion for construction, development, and real estate.


Rotem’s expertise extends beyond traditional real estate transactions. She has supported numerous developers in the successful completion of multifamily and condominium projects, guiding them from the initial land purchase through design, pricing, marketing, and ultimately, the sale and closing of units.
