About Ross
Ross Duncan-Brown has spent more than 25 years as a real estate professional, during which he has participated in an unusually broad range of transactions, both locally and abroad. These transactions have included sales of land for development, investment sales of office and apartment buildings, as well as office, industrial and retail leasing. Currently he is active in sales of single family, condominium and multi-family properties, representing sellers and buyers in the Greater Boston area.
Ross feels equally comfortable in the worlds of both residential and commercial real estate. Formerly an attorney in South Africa with a BA.LLB from the University of Cape Town, he made the transition to real estate when he came to the US with his wife and two boys. Time and again he has found that the prism of a legal background provides a useful perspective in helping people to navigate through the sometimes challenging and unfamiliar process of buying or selling property in difficult markets.
Ross is a thoughtful and thorough professional with a ready sense of humor, and he has earned the trust of a significant number of loyal buyers and sellers. As testimony to his work ethic Ross has closed $110 million in sales since he became active in residential real estate after 2010. A key to this record of results has been his attention to detail and hard work.
To keep life in perspective, Ross enjoys a wide range of extracurricular interests including making wine, dabbling in micro-distillation and tooling around the coast in his boat. He enjoys playing the guitar for pleasure and has been a bee-keeper for over twenty years, nurturing beehives at the Charles River Community Garden where is he is an active committee member.
