About Summit Home Sales Group
MEET THE ROOTS HOME SALES TEAM
While many are pulling back because of the shift in the market, Reed Peuser, Robin Gerlach and Dale Becker view this moment as a window of opportunity!
The three have collaborated on the Roots Home Sales Team to bring their clients proven systems and processes that allow them to serve with a greater reach and more efficiency. They are committed to forming a high tech, high touch operation that is responsive to the realities of today’s shifting market.
It's important to note that since teaming up, Reed, Robin and Dale and have one purpose at the forefront of it all, to improve their overall value proposition to their clients. They are doing so by sharing each other's best practices, leveraging the best tech platform in the industry with Compass -- to market our clients' listings, better communicate with our clients throughout the home buying and selling process -- and to provide timely market education.
They are using this softer season in the market to improve systems, increase communication and engagement with current and past clients, and incorporate more Compass technology into all aspects of the day-to-day businesses.
The team recently added Travis Carey to its roster. Travis is a seasoned investor with extensive experience acquiring, rehabbing, renovating, and renting single-family properties throughout the Denver metro area with an eye on maximizing equity by efficiently building value. He is a skilled contractor and landlord who is willing to share his 10+ years of experience with his growing clientele.
The Roots Home Sales Team has created 5 commitments for their clients, which are as follows:
OUR FIVE COMMITMENTS:
1.) TIMELY COMMUNICATION: We’ll always do our best to communicate in a timely and effective manner.
2.) REGULAR MARKET UPDATES: Whether it’s MLS search results, new activity in or around your neighborhood or relevant developments in the market, we’ll strive to keep you informed and up to date at all times.
3.) WORLD CLASS CLIENT CARE: The team is committed to creating value by managing transactions with the same level of care and concern they bring to helping their buyers and sellers. From keeping up with dates and deadlines to helping secure and manage vendors to verifying that all work has been completed thoroughly and professionally, the team is here to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
4.) ACCESS TO REPUTABLE LOCAL VENDORS: We’ve assembled a roster of trusted third-party vendors who can help with a wide range of services related to your real estate transaction and to your home after the deal is done.
5.) A COMMITMENT TO THE “HAPPILY EVER AFTER”: In real estate, there are agents who play the “short game” and those who play the “long game”. We’re committed to the highest ethics, non-situational integrity and doing the right thing, every time. We value the relationships with our clients more than just finalizing a transaction.
We commit to taking care and protecting you in the contract no matter what, because our relationship with you is more important than "closing a deal".
