Ron Rooney's extensive 18 years of experience as a Realtor and Broker Associate in San Diego, combined with more than 25 years of experience as a licensed California attorney, make him a formidable asset to his clients. Ron started his legal career in construction defect litigation and later joined Cisco Systems as Corporate Counsel. His proficiency in contracts, negotiations and critical thinking provide valuable insight for his clients in complex real estate transactions. 

Ron's work with historic and Mills Act homes in North Park, Mission Hills, Kensington, University Heights, and coastal North County communities demonstrates his dedication to preserving architectural heritage and assisting clients in securing substantial property tax savings through the Mills Act historical designation process. Additionally, his hands-on involvement with condominium associations and their Boards in Downtown San Diego, along with his resident/ownership at the Pacific Gate Luxury Towers, positions him as an authority in the downtown condominium market. Ron’s extensive experience with HOA Boards extends to Mexico and adds an international perspective to his understanding of condominium associations and their operations, further positioning him to help his clients make informed decisions and mitigate risk.

Ron's commitment to volunteer work for Habitat for Humanity, as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate for children), and as an outreach volunteer at the Larkin Street Youth Center in San Francisco reflects his dedication to giving back to the community.
