"Mr Rod Lopez deserves all five starts and more. Highly professional, knowledgeable and dedicated, he helped us buy our first house. It was an extensive process as the house had a failed septic which needed to be replaced, and he was with us every step of the way, negotiating, answering every call, text and email. If he did not have an immediate answer to any of our queries, he would try and get it as soon as possible. No request was too small for him if it facilitated things to move forward. Thanks to his previous experience as an appraiser, his judgement and advice on the true value of the houses we were contemplating to purchase at were on point. His service was extremely professional (info sheets, town information, train schedules (since we commute)), Along with the professionalism came a friendly and amicable attitude.
