Robyn immediately went to work searching out comparable properties, and advised us expertly on how to structure the offer. Once the offer was made, we really were able to relax. Robyn handled all of the negotiations for us, she advised us as to how the negotiations were proceeding, and within a couple of days we had a signed acceptance and we were ready to close. Robyn also suggested a home inspection company that handled the inspections and pointed out a few flaws in the property. Everything was in order. Much of this transaction was handled remotely, and Robyn facilitated the title company transactions, guided us through the condominium HOA rules and truly acted as intermediary between us and any other party that was involved in our transaction.
