With over 22 years of experience in the industry, Robyn has developed a keen eye for
detail and a deep understanding of the ever-changing real estate market. Her expertise
in creative marketing, pricing strategies, negotiation, and communication helps her
clients navigate the complexities of the real estate process with ease. She is a master at
creating effective and individualized marketing plans for each unique property. Utilizing
the latest technology and social media platforms as well as hiring only the best
professional photographers in the business, she always showcases her clients’
properties to their fullest potential.
Robyn’s dedication to her clients goes well beyond the closing table. She believes in
building and nurturing relationships, providing regular market insights, and staying in
touch long after the sale. Her clients truly appreciate her personal attention and her
hands-on approach to client care.
A native Texan, Robyn was born and raised in Northwest Houston. Moving to Austin to
attend The University of Texas in 1989, Robyn quickly knew the Texas Hill Country was
where she wanted to live. Several work-related relocations took her around the state
with her husband, Seth’s, job, but they moved back to the Hill Country as quickly as life
would allow. Her ability to share life experiences, stories of moving joys and nightmares,
and tidbits about the people, places, and culture in the area allows Robyn to connect
with clients in an authentic way. Seth and Robyn have two grown children who thankfully
both live in the Austin/San Antonio area.
Seth is a custom builder and expert witness/construction consultant which is a fantastic
resource for Robyn and her clients when analyzing inspection reports and planning
future remodeling plans. Over their almost 30 years of marriage, Robyn and Seth have
been fortunate enough to have bought, remodeled, and sold many homes which has
given them lots of real-world experience and the chance to build their nest egg through
real estate. Robyn finds joy in helping others make “the right move” by buying and
selling at the right price and at the right time, to better themselves financially whenever
possible in the world of real estate. Robyn and Seth love to spend their free time
enjoying the outdoors, hiking with their dogs, traveling, floating the local rivers, visiting
local venues, and listening to live music.
