About Robyn
I turned my armchair passion for real estate into a full time career as a realtor in 2016. Scrolling through listings, touring homes, and following residential architecture & design trends is my idea of fun. I caught the bug early, helping my father build our family home back in Canada. Saturdays were spent pouring over floor plans and dreaming of the possibilities. I moved to New York City in 1994 and then to Silverlake in Los Angeles in 2004.
Today I reside in the San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Valley Glen. My happy place is identifying properties with great bones and renovating them. My latest project is an investment vacation property a few hours north of Los Angeles. I’m not an inspector, nor do I play one on TV, but this experience is quite beneficial when it’s time to help a client purchase or sell a home.
Prior to becoming a realtor, I was fully immersed in my other passion, which is music. I enjoyed a 25 year career in the music industry in a variety of roles from A&R to artist management. The skill set I relied on in my music career has served me well as a realtor: contract negotiation, marketing, and coordinating with a team of professionals, to name a few. The most essential skill, however, is listening to my client’s goals and executing a plan to achieve them. The most satisfying reward is celebrating the close of escrow with my happy clients.

I cover a range of price points from first time buyers to luxury home sales in the greater Los Angeles area. I’m able to adapt to a range of scenarios with care, enthusiasm and professionalism. Real Estate is constantly evolving as an industry in all its forms. This is serious business, which requires an understanding of ongoing and often intricate issues. As I work with clients from all walks and stages of life, I felt it was important to acquire my SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) certification. As a certified SRES agent, I have the added value of providing meaningful support to elders and their adult children to strategize retirement living plans.
At the end of the day, a smooth escrow and successful close is always the goal. I am here to listen, strategize and deliver!
