"When we decided to sell our house last January we told Robin (who is a close personal friend of ours) that we wanted to get things moving quickly. Within a week together with Robin we came up with a plan of action and had lined up the movers, the stager, the painter, the stair refinisher, the pool table movers, the carpet cleaner, the home inspection, the pest inspection, and the photographer.
